Gucci Launches ‘Places’ Project

Gucci has launched a new initiative to invite people to explore locations around the world that have inspired the Italian brand’s creative director, Alessandro Michele.

The project, aptly titled Gucci Places, allows fans to “check in” to these destinations via a mobile app to earn special badges and unlock exclusive content.

The first unveiled Gucci Place is Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, England, which was the shooting place of Gucci Cruise 2017 Campaign as well as the current site for the brand’s House Style exhibition.

The first collection from the project, the Gucci Places Chatsworth collaboration, will be on sale starting mid-July. More Gucci Places and their dedicated products will be revealed later this year.

The Gucci app is available on Google Play and App Store.
